An alarm response is carried out on a client's behalf when their local alarm system, which has a back to base monitoring service, has been activated. Once the patrolman receives the activation details from our monitoring centre, the local patrolman will response to the alarm.

In the event the patrolman discovers something out of the ordinary or a break-in the patrolman will contact our monitoring centre who will then notify the relevant contacts for the situation.
